All Bimby orders are packed in size appropriate calico bags. If purchasing for a gift, and particular pieces require individual calico bags, please email hello@bimbyandroy.com.au
Free Shipping + International Shipping
Bimby + Roy offers free shipping for orders over $180 for Australian and NZ residents. There is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $180 AUD. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes, if applicable.
Delivery
PLEASE NOTE, OUR WAREHOUSE IS CLOSED FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11.30AM, 20 DEC 2024, WIL BE SHIPPED FROM 30 DEC 2024.
As part of our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, all Bimby & Roy orders are dispatched directly from our from distribution centre in Fiji using DHL. Please allow up to 2 business days for packing and handling. As DHL is a door-to-door service, PO Box addresses will involve third-party couriers, which normally delays delivery time.

We are proud to be a 'Better Friend’ by using sustainable (compostable) postage packaging from The Better Packaging Co and HeapsGood Packaging. We encourage you to pass it on and put your satchel bag in your compost.

All sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless faulty.
Returns
Returns Policy
Bimby + Roy accepts returns/refunds*, as long as the following requirements are met:
The item/s are in original condition, with tags remaining in place
Item/s have not been worn or washed
Items are sent within 10 days of receiving item/s from Bimby + Roy online shop
Your order number is clearly marked on your return parcel
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottoms.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note: Unless the items are faulty, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Bimby + Roy is not liable for the loss of item/s being returned, so we recommend using a registered postal service.
How to process a return
To place a return, simply email your request to hello@bimbyandroy.com.au with the subject line as: ‘RETURN’ with your order number.
